My darling Roger was caught in an avalanche yesterday afternoon and did not survive. Erich was with him and he's fine. He found his Dad. The snow was incredible and he was in a beautiful place doing something he loved.
I'll be skiing in tomorrow to bring him back down (with friends). Search and rescue is doing the hard part.
I think I'll be having a gathering this upcoming weekend and then again come Spring.
He's done his work here.
And I know and my boys know great love.
